यूनिवर्सिटीज में अंतिम वर्ष के एग्जाम (UGC Final Year Exam Case) पर आज सुप्रीम कोर्ट (Supreme court) ने बड़ा फैसला दिया है. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने साफ किया कि छात्रों को फाइनल इयर के पेपर देने ही होंगे. हालांकि, यह भी कहा गया है कि जिन राज्यों में अभी आपदा प्रबंधन अधिनियम लागू है वहां राज्य सरकार चाहें तो पेपर को टाल सकती हैं, लेकिन यह करवानी जरूर होंगी. साफ किया गया कि किसी भी छात्र को फाइनल इयर के पेपर के बिना प्रमोट नहीं किया मतलब आगे नहीं बढ़ाया जाएगा.
दरअसल, सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने विश्वविद्यालय अनुदान आयोग (यूजीसी) कि अंतिम वर्ष की परीक्षाएं आयोजित कराने के फैसले को सही ठहराया है. यूजीसी ने 30 सितंबर को यह परीक्षाएं आयोजित कराने का निर्णय लिया था. जस्टिस अशोक भूषण की अध्यक्षता वाली तीन न्यायाधीशों की पीठ ने यह फैसला सुनाया है.
अंतिम वर्ष के पेपर के बिना आगे नहीं बढ़ा सकते: सुप्रीम कोर्ट
सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा कि यूजीसी छात्रों के लिए अंतिम वर्ष की परीक्षा (UGC Final Year Exam) आयोजित कराए, लेकिन आपदा प्रबंधन अधिनियम के तहत राज्यों में महामारी को देखते हुए परीक्षा स्थगित कर सकते हैं. साथ ही अदालत ने कहा कि कोई भी राज्य अंतिम परीक्षा के बिना अंतिम वर्ष के छात्रों को बढ़ावा नहीं दे सकता है, जैसा कि यूजीसी द्वारा आदेश दिया गया है.
UGC ने कहा था होनी चाहिए परीक्षा
विश्वविद्यालय अनुदान आयोग (UGC) ने देश भर के केंद्रीय एवं राज्य विश्वविद्यालयों, महाविद्यालयों, निजी विश्वविद्यालयों, डीम्ड विश्वविद्यालयों और दूसरे उच्च शिक्षा संस्थानों में विभिन्न स्नातक एवं स्नातकोत्तर पाठ्यक्रमों के अंतिम वर्ष या सेमेस्टर की परीक्षाओं को जरूर कराए जाने का सर्कुलर जारी किया था. फिर इसे सुप्रीम कोर्ट में चुनौती (UGC Final Year Exam Case) दी गई थी. सर्कुलर में कहा गया था कि एग्जाम 30 सितंबर 2020 तक करवा लिए जाने चाहिए. अलग-अलग यूनिवर्सिटीज के 31 स्टूडेंट्स ने इसको सुप्रीम कोर्ट में चुनौती दी थी. हमारे द्वारा दी गई जानकारी से अगर आप संतुष्ट हो तो कमेंट में जरूर बताएं
