राम जन्मभूमि पर मंदिर शिलान्यास कार्यक्रम के खिलाफ याचिका खारिज अयोध्या में राम जन्म भूमि पर मंदिर निर्माण के लिए पांच अगस्त को प्रस्तावित भूमि पूजन पर रोक लगाने की मांग को लेकर दाखिल याचिका इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने खारिज कर दी है। कोर्ट ने कहा कि याचिका सिर्फ आशंकाओं पर आधारित है, इसमें कोई तथ्य नहीं है। साकेत गोखले की याचिका पर मुख्य न्यायाधीश गोविन्द माथुर तथा न्यायमूर्ति एसडी सिंह की  पीठ ने कहा है कि याचिका कल्पनाओं पर आधारित है। फिर भी कोर्ट ने आयोजकों व राज्य सरकार से अपेक्षा की है कि वे सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग बनाए रखने के दिशानिर्देशों के अनुसार कार्यक्रम करेंगे। कार्यक्रम में सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग का पालन न करने की आशंका का कोई आधार नहीं है। चीफ जस्टिस ने लेटर पिटीशन को जनहित याचिका के तौर पर स्वीकार करते हुए भूमि पूजन के कार्यक्रम पर रोक लगाने की मांग में दाखिल याचिका की सुनवाई की।  दिल्ली के पत्रकार साकेत गोखले की ओर से भेजी गई लेटर पीआईएल में कहा गया है कि राम मंदिर निर्माण के लिए होने वाला भूमि पूजन कोविड -19  के अनलॉक- 2 की गाइडलाइन का उल्लंघन है।   भूमि पूजन में...
